Sydney Harbour Dinner Cruise

On Thursday 9 July 2009 there will be a Harbour Dinner Cruise on the Sydney Harbour Ballroom. The cruise will depart at 7pm from King St Wharf, Darling Harbour, in the centre of Sydney. We will cruise the beautiful Sydney Harbour and enjoy a three course dinner.

Buses will be provided to take delegates from the University of New South Wales to Darling Harbour before the cruise, and to bring them back after the cruise. Or if you prefer, you can meet us there.

Tickets

Tickets for the dinner cruise can be purchased as part of the online registration process until the 24th of June. They cannot be purchased at the congress. The cost is $70 for a delegate and $100 for each accompanying person. Children under 5 can attend free of charge.

Tartlet of Quail with Sweet Onion Marmalade and Fresh Figs

Prime Veal Cutlet with roasted kipfler potatoes & buttered garlic spinach
Grilled Blue Eye Cod served on sautéed potatoes with a seared scallop & salmon caviar, beurre blanc

DESSERTS (served alternatively)
Coconut panna cotta with melon salsa
Classic chocolate mud cake with king island cream

If you are attending the cruise and have any special dietary requirements, please inform the PRIMA2009 Local Arrangements Committee at least 2 weeks prior to the congress.
